Elischer, Dr. Sebastian

Dr. Sebastian Elischer is a research fellow at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies. His current research focuses on Africa’s different democratic pathways since the early 1990s. He has published on political parties and is currently completing a book manuscript on parties in Ghana, Kenya and Namibia. Sebastian Elischer has extensive work experience as consultant for international organisations who provide technical assistance to National Electoral Commissions in various African countries.
