LEGO, seriously? How to tap into your hidden expertise using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology

According to Plato, "You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation". This demo workshop provides a real hands-on experience in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, a facilitated thinking, communication and problem- solving technique that enables constructive reflection and dialogue processes. During a structured process, participants “think with their hands” and use LEGO bricks to create models that express their thoughts, reflections and ideas and to work out solutions to real problems.
